Last year we have 50 fishing team members come together for a great cause. Proceeds from the event took 50 special needs individuals for a day out to the Aquarium downtown, providing the families some respite.

FISH FOR A CAUSE!

During our fishing tournament program we plan to educate our sponsors and supporters about Autism and the daily struggles families face living with the disability.

We plan to arrange a day of respite for families in need with a trip to the Aquarium downtown, where lunch and a day of exhibits and entertainment will be provided in a sensory friendly environment.

Proceeds from the tournament will go towards sponsoring the special needs individuals from The Lifelong Learning Center and their caregivers for a day of relaxation, fun and food!

The 1st Annual Galveston Run with the Bulls Fishing Tournament benefitting Autism Awareness will be held on October 3-4, 2019. All activities, including Captain's meetings, weigh in, award ceremony, registration, etc., will be held at Waterman's Restaurant & Marina, located on the West End of Galveston, approximately 1 hour from downtown Houston.

Who should attend? Anyone interested in fishing for a cause!  And whether your inviting your best customers to join you fishing or if you're using this event as a team building trip, you're bound to have a fun and rewarding time
